Commercial License Tiers

The purchaser must select one of the three license tiers at the time of acquisition. The chosen tier determines the authorized technical boundaries and permissions regarding the delivered source code.

1. STANDARD CONTENT LICENSE (Basic)

Designed for companies that strictly want a premium showcase site without tampering with the structural engineering.

• ✅ Permissions: Exclusive alteration of surface content. The buyer is permitted to modify text paragraphs, titles (H1-H6), alter the Header title and Footer text, upload custom images, and replace logos.
• ❌ Restrictions: The core structural codebase (CSS class logic, Volumetric Glassmorphism mathematics, JavaScript Engine, and universal Grid layout) is strictly locked. It cannot be altered, dismantled, or resold.
• 💰 Base Price: 100% of the chosen version's Base Value.

2. DEVELOPER INTEGRATION LICENSE

Designed for programming teams or B2B agencies that need to programmatically adapt MERCURY to their own Backend or SaaS infrastructure.

• ✅ Permissions: Complete technical freedom. The buyer is authorized to edit, dismantle, rewrite, and integrate the entire codebase (HTML, CSS, JS) as deemed necessary.
• ⚠️ Requirements: Mandatory preservation of visible creator credits attributing the original architecture and design strictly to EZZPEE.
• ❌ Restrictions (Zero-Backup Policy): No restoration support is provided. If the buyer's development team irreparably breaks the source code during editing or integration, EZZPEE is under absolutely no obligation to provide a replacement copy or access to the original backup repository.
• 💰 Price Multiplier: Version Base Value + 30% (Premium for technical alteration rights).

3. ENTERPRISE MASTER LICENSE (White-Label)

The absolute highest tier of corporate ownership. Includes full architectural appropriation and definitive technical backing from EZZPEE.

• ✅ Absolute Permissions: The buyer can modify the entire website and is officially granted permission to remove all credits, watermarks, or any mention of EZZPEE from the code and interface (True White-Label Usage). They become the visual "absolute owners" of the architecture.
• 🛡️ Premium Support (Restoration Policy): If the buyer critically damages the website codebase, they are entitled to request up to three (3) free original code restorations or backup copies directly from EZZPEE per calendar year.
• Penalty Clause: From the fourth (4th) restoration request onward within the same year, each delivery of original source code will incur an extra Recovery Service Fee. For any restoration request (whether free or paid), the client must explicitly state in writing which exact file they need restored (e.g., styles.css or main.js). Full repository dumps will not be provided upon request.
• 💰 Price Multiplier: Version Base Value + 70% (Total IP Buyout & White-Label Rights).
