1. PREAMBLE
This document outlines the strict, non-negotiable legal and technical restrictions governing the acquisition, deployment, and modification of the MERCURY Ecosystem (V7 & V7 LITE). By acquiring any license tier of this proprietary software, the Buyer explicitly accepts and agrees to be bound by the absolute limitations set forth in this agreement.
2. ANTI-RESALE AND DISTRIBUTION CLAUSE
The MERCURY architecture is an exclusive, single-sale digital asset. Under no circumstances is the Buyer, nor any of its subsidiaries or technical partners, authorized to:
- Resell, sub-license, lease, or rent the software codebase to any third party.
- Package and distribute the software (or any structural variants) as a template, theme, or open-source framework on digital marketplaces (e.g., ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, GitHub, NPM).
- Transfer the License to another corporate entity without the explicit, written consent of EZZPEE.
3. REVERSE ENGINEERING & COMPONENT EXTRACTION
The proprietary technologies integrated within MERCURY—specifically the Volumetric Glassmorphism CSS mathematical logic, the Translataut language engine, the universal native CSS Grid, and the Advanced Interactive Cards (LUIS, GMRC, KAGC, M3DSF)—are protected intellectual property.
- The Buyer is strictly prohibited from extracting these highly specialized individual components from the core architecture to sell or distribute them as standalone "plugins," "libraries," or "snippets."
- Any replication of the spatial physics UI for commercial mass-distribution outside of the Buyer's single designated domain is a definitive breach of contract.
4. ZERO-WARRANTY AND AS-IS DELIVERY STANDARD
MERCURY V7 and V7 LITE are delivered in a demonstrably flawless state, subjected to rigorous QA testing, achieving a verified 100/100 Google Lighthouse Score, and featuring zero technical debt.
- Upon final delivery, the software is provided strictly "AS-IS".
- Modification Void: Any alteration, insertion of third-party scripts, or modification of the native CSS/JS by the Buyer immediately voids any implicit technical guarantee. EZZPEE shall hold absolutely zero liability for performance drops, security vulnerabilities, or SEO penalizations occurring after the Buyer has modified the original pristine code.
5. REPUTATION AND BRAND DEFAMATION
If the Buyer operates under the Developer Integration License (which mandates the visual crediting of EZZPEE as the architect), the following restriction applies:
- The MERCURY framework must not be deployed to host, display, or distribute illegal, illicit, or deeply unethical content that could inadvertently associate the architect's name with illegal activities or severe brand defamation.
- EZZPEE reserves the right to issue a "Cease and Desist" regarding the mandatory credits if the Buyer’s deployment violates basic ethical corporate standards.
6. SUPPORT AND RESTORATION LIMITS
As outlined in the official PRICING AND LICENSES.md document:
- No technical support, bug fixing, or code updates covering subsequent browser rendering changes are included after the handover unless an external retainer contract is signed.
- Code Restoration: The restoration of original pristine files is strictly governed by the constraints of the Buyer's License Tier. EZZPEE will not function as a perpetual disaster-recovery facility for the Buyer's internal development errors.
